Spa etiquette
In order for guests to enjoy a spa visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If late, the treatment time will be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Staff also asks that mobile phones be turned off to maintain the facility's quiet ambience. Please shower prior to the treatment. Note that photography or filming is not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the facility.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates from the spa are very popular and make perfect gifts. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount or for specific treatments and are valid for one year. Recipients may change treatments upon request, although the full gift certificate amount must be used in its entirety upon redemption.
Clothing
Locker rooms are located adjacent to the spa reception, and guests are provided with a locker and a key, along with a bathrobe and slippers for spa use. It is recommended that guests wear regular bathing attire for all visits to the on-site baths and spas. Disposable underwear is available upon request.
Treatments for couples and groups
The hotel welcomes couples to enjoy coordinated treatments in the duo room and is happy to organize special spa visits for groups. Please contact the hotel for additional information on group accommodation and options.
Cancellations
Please cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancels will be charged the full treatment amount.
