We are very pleased to welcome you back to the Holberg Resturant. This year the restaurant is exclusively open 11 evenings in November and December. The restaurant features a seasonal Norwegian-Brazilian fusion cooking menu prepared by Norwegian entertainer Jørn Hoel and the Executive Chef of the hotel Carlos Fernandes.
